At Guiding Light, the life coaching process is designed to guide you toward clarity, growth, and purposeful action. Below is a step-by-step process for both life coaching which I hope will provide a clear overview of how I will partner with you on your journey.

Your journey begins with a complimentary discovery session. This is the first step to recognising where you are.  This is a 30-minute conversation where we explore:

 

  • Your current challenges and aspirations
  • What you hope to achieve through life coaching
  • How the coaching process can support your goals

This session helps us get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit for working together.

2. Defining Your Vision

The next step is to gain a clear understanding of your vision for the future. In our initial sessions, we will:

 

  • Identify your core values and beliefs
  • Set clear, achievable goals aligned with your vision
  • Discuss any limiting beliefs or barriers that may be holding you back

This is where your journey takes form, as we move from intention to action.

4. Regular Coaching Sessions

You will have ongoing coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) to support your progress. During these sessions, we will:

 

  • Reflect on your progress and celebrate successes
  • Adjust your action plan as needed
  • Address new challenges or opportunities as they arise
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability

Sessions can be held virtually or in person, depending on your preference.
